Manhattan District Attorney Candidate Forum

The City Bar hosted a forum with the Democratic Party candidates for Manhattan District Attorney. The forum focused on criminal justice reform and included discussion of the mass incarceration crisis and how to address it, including decriminalization, increasing options for pre- and post-arraignment diversion, alternatives to incarceration, and reforming sentencing and parole.
