Hochul Nominates Justice Troutman For NY’s Highest Court
Consensus among several attorney groups had painted Justice Troutman as a uniquely qualified candidate for the Court of Appeals. Both the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association gave her their highest rating of ‘well qualified.’ The New York State Trial Lawyers Association labeled her ‘highly qualified and highly recommended.’
