City Bar Backs Electoral Reform Act Overhaul, But Urges Senate to Make Major Changes to Bill
Continuing to push action ‘in response to the threats posed during the 2020 presidential election,’ such as attempts to block or change election results, the New York City Bar Association on Wednesday submitted written testimony to the U.S. Senate proposing ‘essential reforms’ to a bipartisan bill that would overhaul the federal Electoral Count Act.
