Mortgage–backed securities, asset–backed securities, collateralized debt obligations, asset-backed commercial paper and other forms of structured finance securities have all suffered tremendously from the subprime market crisis.

Join the NYC Bar for a lively, interactive discussion about the direct and indirect effects of the upheaval in the subprime lending market on the structured finance market.
