Transition Memo to Mayor de Blasio regarding Housing and Urban Development

SUMMARY

In the latest of the “transition” letters the City Bar has sent to the new de Blasio mayoral administration, the Housing and Urban Development Committee provided a number of recommendations designed to preserve the existing affordable housing stock, expand and improve the Inclusionary Housing Program, and develop approaches to increase the resources available to, and staffing of, the City’s housing agencies.
