Supreme Court – A Year in Review, 2018 Term – July 17

Adam Liptak, Supreme Court Columnist for the New York Times, will moderate “Supreme Court – A Year in Review, 2018 Term” at the New York City Bar Association on July 17, 2019. He’ll be joined by a panel including Neal Katyal, Former Acting Solicitor General of the United States; Burt Neuborne, Former National Legal Director of the ACLU and Founding Legal Director emeritus, Brennan Center for Justice; former U.S. District Judge Katherine B. Forrest; Kelsi Brown Corkran of the Supreme Court and Appellate Practice at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliff LLP; and Kannon K. Shanmugam of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. 

This annual program will examine the most significant aspects of the term in detail, cover the Court’s most consequential decisions, analyze the implications for future developments and look ahead to the October 2019 and future terms.
