Lisa Osofsky: non-cooperating companies won’t get DPAs
Lisa Osofsky, who will step down as SFO chief in August next year, said on 28 November at the International White Collar Crime Symposium in New York presented by the New York City Bar Association and International Bar Association that the UK’s anti-fraud office considers prosecution as the only option for companies that fail to engage with the agency, according to prepared remarks obtained by GIR.
