Filing New Cases with NYSCEF

Chief Administrative Judge Lawrence Marks released a memo notifying all trial court justices and judges that the Unified Court System, effective Monday, May 25, 2020, will be accepting the filing of new non-essential matters through the New York State Electronic Filing System (NYSCEF). Restoration of NYSCEF usage will be limited to cases in which represented parties file and serve all papers electronically.
