Staten Island prosecutor Thomas Litsky awarded 2023 Thomas E. Dewey medal 

Assistant District Attorney Thomas Litsky, who currently serves as chief of the Staten Island District Attorney’s Appeals Bureau, received the Thomas E. Dewey medal from the New York City Bar Association at its annual awards ceremony earlier this month.
