8.11.20 – SDNY District Court (20 MISC 285), Deferral of Jury Service of Persons Prohibited from Entry to Courthouses. Standing Order dated July 27, 2020 directs the Clerk of Court to excuse, for such period as the Clerk of Court deems necessary, any person summoned for jury service who would be prohibited from entering a courthouse of the Southern District of New York by reason of a standing order of this court.
