The 2015 Bernard Botein Medal for “outstanding contributions to the administration of the courts” was awarded to, from front row left, Debra Hall-Martin, project director of the Manhattan Treatment Center and the New York County Judicial Diversion Program; Frank Tropea, deputy chief clerk and chief budget officer for the New York City Civil Court; Barbara DeMayo, director of special projects for the New York City Family Court; Lily Marquez, a Bronx County Civil Court management analyst; and Dorothy Beard, a senior management analyst for the Appellate Division, First Department. Joining the winners at the New York City Bar Association Monday were City Bar President Debra Raskin and First Department Presiding Justice Luis Gonzalez.
