Restrictions on Entry to the Courthouses – SDNY District Court

5.4.21, SDNY District Court, “Restrictions on Entry to the Courthouses” (Sixth Amended Standing Order) (21 misc 164). Amends prior order to allow fully vaccinated individuals to enter SDNY courthouses notwithstanding having had close contact with a COVID-positive person within the last 14 days and/or a person exhibiting COVID symptoms, having attended a gathering of more than 50 people, etc. “A person has achieved full vaccination 2 weeks after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or 2 weeks after they have received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson and Johnson [J&J]/Janssen).” All others who attempt to enter in violation of the protocols in the order will be denied entry.
