On the Passing of Ken Thompson

The New York City Bar Association extends its condolences to Ken Thompson’s family, friends and colleagues. His too-short tenure as District Attorney in Brooklyn was one of enormous impact that will continue to reverberate beyond our city. His commitment to civil rights and justice, evident in his conscientious reinvestigations on behalf of the wrongfully convicted, will serve as a model for prosecutors for years to come.
