March 2020 NYS Court of Appeals Notice. Oral argument during the Court’s March 2021 Session will be in-person, with appropriate safety and health protocols. The courtroom will be closed to the general public. Oral arguments are webcast live and may be accessed through the Court’s website. The Court of Appeals is continuing full operations, through a combination of virtual and in-courthouse staffing.
