Description:
The recent pandemic has changed the real estate practice landscape. The effects are felt by landlords and tenants as new rules are put in place on the use of the courts for enforcement, lease agreements are re-negotiated to defer or reduce rent payments, and the obligations of guarantors are relieved by local law (and the subject of current federal litigation).
