City Bar CLE Policies
Note: You must attend an entire segment of the timed agenda in order to receive credit for that segment. In accordance with NYS CLE Board Regulations & Guidelines for NYS Mandatory CLE Sections 2(D)(1) and 3(C)(1), attendees will only receive credit for a segment of the timed agenda if they have attended the entire segment. Anyone who arrives late, leaves early or misses part of a segment will not receive credit for that segment of the timed agenda.
Cancellations & Refunds
CLE PROGRAMS (Four hours or less In Person and Live Webcast)
Cancellations received more than 3 days from the scheduled program date: 100% refund
Cancellations received between 0-3 days from the scheduled program date: 100% refund (subject to a $25 cancellation fee)
Cancellations received after the scheduled program date: No refund
CLE PROGRAMS (Full or half day Symposium, Institute, Conference or Training In Person or Live Webcast)
Cancellations received more than 10 days from the scheduled event date: 100% refund
Cancellations received between 3 -10 days from the scheduled event date: 50% refund
Cancellations received 0-3 days of or after the scheduled event date: No refund
Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to the City Bar Customer Relations at email@example.com. Refunds and program credits are not available for the purchase of On-Demand programs. For additional assistance please call 212-382-6663.
Payment must accompany registration; reservations are not accepted.
For an easier registration, and instant confirmation for live programs, we encourage you to Register online. Please note that all registrations after 3pm (the business day before a scheduled program) will be taken by phone only.

Walk-ins are accepted for all programs, unless otherwise noted.
If registering online, a confirmation will be sent at the time of registration. A final confirmation will be sent by email one business day prior to the program. If you do not receive your confirmation, please contact our Customer Service Department at 212 382 6663 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Course materials for all programs will be available via download and hard copy. Please “go green” and order your study materials as a PDF download.
Attorneys who would like to purchase programs On-Demand can receive a download of the materials.
In Person Programs: Upon signing out a CLE Certificate will be emailed to you at the email address you used to register for the program. A copy of the CLE Certificate will also be found in your online profile with the City Bar and may be downloaded. You are responsible for keeping a copy of the CLE Certificate for your own records.
Webinar and On-Demand Programs: Following the completion of the program and meeting all necessary prompts you will be asked to complete the program evaluation. Once the evaluation has been completed a copy of the CLE Certificate will be emailed to the email address you used to register for the program. A copy of the CLE Certificate will also be found in your online profile with the City Bar and may be downloaded. You are responsible for keeping a copy of the CLE Certificate for your own records.
