  • Please join some of the leading speakers and practitioners knowledgeable in the legal and social issues impacting transgender and gender binary colleagues and clients, as they begin the dialogue about the positive impact of practices when gender identity and expression are affirmed in the courtroom and in workplaces. They will discuss the intersectionality of TGNC people who have a diverse range of experiences and who are impacted by all social conditions, including race, immigration status, language, gender expression and disability. They will address the steps that can be taken to ensure that not only are we all in compliance with the law, but also that we become allies with each other.
