This program will cover advanced topics in practice before the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals (BSA). Learn how to present property conditions, financial analyses and other data to satisfy the findings for a variance, how to present a vesting case, and other hot topics. Presenters include the BSA General Counsel and experienced private practitioners and consultants.
Program Fee: $229 for Members | $329 for Nonmembers
Members who are Recent Law Graduates, Newly Admitted Lawyers (earliest admission 2017-2019 in any state or country), In-House/Corporate Counsel, Judges (and their staff), or attorneys that practice within the Government, Academic or Not-for-Profit sectors attend this program for free.
