An expert panel will discuss the latest topics in Federal and New York State estate and gift tax planning. The program will cover the current trends in planning, changes to the law and the often difficult interplay between Federal and New York State estate and gift tax issues. Consideration will be given to the importance of income tax issues as part of estate planning.
