  • New York’s new paid family leave law will begin providing rights and benefits on January 1, 2018. This CLE will address key features of the new law, its interaction with existing laws, and the underlying policy considerations, including:

    • Paid Family Leave Research & Policy
    • Nuts & Bolts: How the New York Law Works
    • Interaction with Other Employment Laws

    Attendees will learn how to advise their clients on the impact that this new law will have on all New York State employers and employees.
