Wednesdays, December 4 & 11, 2019 | 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Attendees will learn how to understand what “supervision” means when dealing with personnel within a firm and outside consultants under RPCs 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3, and recognize how social media might be used to advertise and communicate about legal services under RPC 7.1, and the following sections.
