    The faculty, experienced board attorneys, will discuss the myriad issues involved in an annual owners’ meeting, including:

    • When does the meeting have to be called?
    • What is the record date?
    • What if there is no quorum?
    • What items can be discussed at the meeting?
    • Can an apartment owner defame another owner concerning building issues?
    • When can/should the results of the election be announced and certified?
    • What steps should be taken when the election is contested?
    • Are there limitations on inspectors of election?

    This program is intended for all counsel who represent cooperatives and condominiums as well as counsel who sit on boards.
