The presentation will review three recent New York State Court decisions regarding interpretations of the NYC Zoning Resolution. These decisions highlight various aspects of merging zoning lots to create a combined zoning lot, and the respective rights between the different owners of the tax lots. The presentation will include an overview of the zoning regulations governing NYC.
