Staying on top of the latest laws, regulations, and guidance concerning the current market is vital to the sufrvival of any business. With a focus towards the Small Business Administration’s (“SBA”) Interim Final Rules, as well as experiences of those applying for PPP loans, Clement Wood will discuss:• Differences between typical payroll calculations and those for sole proprietors;

• Best practices for maximizing loan forgiveness.4. Employment policies in a post-COVID-19 world
