During the October 2014 Term, the Supreme Court decided some of the most contested legal issues in years, including the “gay marriage” cases, making for an exciting “year in review.” At this program, a prominent panel of Supreme Court litigators, former Supreme Court law clerks, constitutional scholars, and federal judges will examine, review, and debate the leading Supreme Court decisions of the Term and their impact on the future.
