  • This program will provide practical guidance for practitioners on how to prepare for and conduct effective Rule 26(f) conferences. Following recent developments in the FRCP, the Rule 26(f) conference presents litigators with an opportunity to manage the discovery process, particularly eDiscovery processes. We will hear from plaintiff’s counsel, defense counsel and the judiciary to learn their different perspectives and to hear advice for having a successful conference. Topics will include:
