• In this program:

  • You’ll learn how to prepare, practice and deliver your talk – whether you’re in a courtroom, conference room, or large auditorium.
  • You have something important to say. You’ll learn how: to say it in an interesting way; to find and effectively use relevant quotations and anecdotes (not jokes); make eye contact; and gesture like a pro.
  • By learning and following time-honored techniques, you’ll not fear speaking to groups of any size. And most important, persuasive public speaking enables lawyers to “make a difference.”

• This program provides 2.0 credits in skills for the New York & New Jersey MCLE requirements. California & Pennsylvania credit differs as it is based on a 60-minute credit hour.
