This program will address the recent investigations and prosecutions by the newly created Construction Industry Task Force. Since the formation of the Task Force, we have seen an increase in the number of indictments for both construction fraud, safety violations and construction related deaths. The panel, composed of members of the Task Force will provide an overview of the group’s top priorities as well as its methodology for making its cases.
