• Thousands of people use our legal system every day. This program will cover the numerous legal and practical challenges that arise in making our courts accessible to individuals with disabilities, whether they are litigants, lawyers, judges or members of the public. A panel of experts will examine a wide range of issues, including:

  • Physical courthouse modifications;
  • Access for individuals with hearing or visual impairments;
  • Access for individuals with mental health issues; and
  • Perspectives from the bench.
