  • This program will provide participants with an update of the legal issues in risk management associated with commercial construction in New York City and beyond, starting with the types of insurance available for construction projects, how it is obtained, who it protects, and the best practices for reviewing policies, endorsements and specifications. The panel will explain the ways to identify and understand risks, the management of risks and how to ensure proper insurance coverage and avoid surprises. We will also look at remedies for when the parties’ expectations are not met.
