Women in the Law Symposium
This program, which is drawn from the planning committee work of the COVID-19-cancelled Second Circuit Judicial Conference, explores women in the law, from the history of women’s rights to current issues around pay equity, the status of Title VII, access to justice and the status of women in the courts and the legal profession.
A number of the participants spoke about Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and what is sure to be her lasting legacy. Justice Ginsburg, who had passed away the previous week, had spoken regularly at the annual event.
