U.S. Senator Cory Booker delivered the New York City Bar Association’s Benjamin N. Cardozo Lecture on May 14, 2026. The Cardozo Lecture series, which began in 1941, is inspired by the legacy of the Honorable Benjamin N. Cardozo and his love for the law, passion for justice, and sympathy for humanity. Previous speakers have included Robert H. Jackson, Felix Frankfurter, William O. Douglas, Earl Warren, Judith S. Kaye, William J. Brennan Jr., Marion Wright Edelman, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sheila Birnbaum and Jed S. Rakoff.
