Day of the Endangered Lawyer: Lawyering in Iran

 

We mark the Day of the Endangered Lawyer, 2024. This day is a call for the international community to focus on the persecution, silencing, harassment, and murder of attorneys throughout the world. Each year, a single country is chosen as the focus for this day. This year, the global community is highlighting the experiences of lawyers in Iran. This events gather experts to discuss the experiences, dangers, risks, and sacrifices of the community of Iranian legal practitioners.
