Dispute Resolution/Negotiation Competition

A competition for high school students, designed to educate and promote interest in the skills and techniques that define effective negotiators.

In collaboration with Fordham Law School Dispute Resolution Society, sixteen teams of public high school students will be selected to participate in a Mentor Negotiation Competition. The teams are trained by the Fordham Law School Dispute Resolution Board and Volunteer Attorney Mentors to practice legal advocacy and collaborative problem-solving skills, while receiving constructive evaluation and feedback from experienced practitioners and judges.

The preliminary rounds of the competition are hosted by Fordham Law School, and the final round hosted by the New York City Bar. The full competition schedule and registration forms are below.
