Erin broke the mold with her path into the mediation world, which is populated largely by former members of the bench or former partners of large firms. Erin’s practice is a success because she works hard to keep her name top-of-mind with potential clients. And she is skilled at the emotional regulation and empathy that are a core part of the mediator’s toolkit.
