Careers in Health Law | City Bar Summer Series

Description:
Health care law is a constantly evolving field that remains at the forefront of the legal profession in a variety of ways.  Attorneys who specialize in this area work in a vast diversity of roles, which touch upon many different industries and span across the litigation, regulatory and transactional spectrum. The program includes panelists with exceptionally diverse backgrounds who will provide an overview of the field and discuss the emerging trends in health care law.  Panelists will offer descriptions of their personal career path in health care as well as specific suggestions of practical steps that law students and lawyers can take to break into the field and make themselves more marketable to potential employers.
