Torts and Product Liability Committee

The Torts and Product Liability Committee focuses on legal, policy, and procedural issues in the field of torts and product liability law in New York. The Committee seeks to address substantive and procedural developments in the case law and in legislation, to discuss aspects of practicing torts and product liability law from the perspectives of plaintiffs’ and defendants’ counsel, and to work towards the continued development of torts and products liability policy and procedure throughout New York.
