The New York City Bar will be CLOSED starting 2:00 PM on Friday, September 1st in observance of Labor Day. We will resume our regular hours at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, September 5th.
The Technology, Cyber and Privacy Law Committee is composed of attorneys interested in the legal and policy issues presented by developing technology capabilities, such as AI, Biometrics, Blockchain, and their use in private and public sectors in a globally interconnected cyber network. Technology transforms businesses and creates new opportunities, but also presents challenges to security and individuals' privacy. Our Committee focuses on developments in these areas, assesses and may comment on proposed legislation, and, with the collective perspectives of our members, proposes approaches to addressing such evolving issues through presentations and 'white papers.'
