SUMMARY

The Council on Judicial Administration (Carolyn E. Demarest, Chair) submitted comments on proposed rules put forth by the Office of Court Administration related to electronic filing. The Council supports the objective of clarifying and streamlining electronic filing procedures as put forth in the proposal and offered a few recommended edits.
