SUMMARY

The LGBTQ Rights Committee filed an amicus brief in the Appellate Division, First Department in YU Pride Alliance et al. v. Yeshiva University et al., a case in which Yeshiva University sought to overturn the Supreme Court’s decision recognizing YU Pride Alliance’s claims under the New York City Human Rights Law asserting gender, sexual orientation, and association discrimination against the university.
