Housing Court Committee

The Housing Court Committee focuses on landlord-tenant law, the structure and function of the New York City Housing Court, as well as any issues concerning users – both attorneys and litigants pro-se. The Committee also participates in the Judiciary Committee’s evaluation of candidates for the Housing Court.
