The Committee focuses on the myriad of day-to- day legal issues that are of concern to the licensed food service establishments and hotels in New York City. Industry specific legal topics that will be addressed by the committee include health department, corporate, tax, trademark, employment, franchise, e-commerce, leasing, licenses and permits, and real estate law.
