Antitrust & Trade Regulation Committee

The City Bar’s Antitrust & Trade Regulation Committee’s membership draws from a wide spectrum of New York City’s antitrust community of professors, experts, practitioners and students. The Committee convenes on a monthly basis to tackle current issues affecting antitrust and trade regulation. Each year, the Committee presents the Milton Handler Lecture. Established in 1973 by Prof. Handler and the City Bar, the Handler lectures explore significant developments in antitrust law and policy. Recent speakers include Professors Mark A. Lemley and C. Scott Hemphill.
