The debate over cannabis law and policy is developing quickly in New York City as concern grows over the use of synthetic marijuana and the expected opening date for medical marijuana retail and manufacturing establishments in the City approaches. On November 10, 2015, the Committee on Drugs and the Law held a panel discussion of current events in this uncharted area of law.
