Jennifer Rodgers, member of the City Bar’s Task Force on the Rule of Law, CNN legal analyst and adjunct law professor, speaks with Christine Chung, a trial and appellate attorney, former federal prosecutor and steering committee member of Lawyers Defending American Democracy, and Richard Maltz, Counsel to the Legal Ethics & Professional Responsibility Group at the firm of Frankfurt Kurnit and former member of the Departmental Disciplinary Committee for the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York. (The Frankfurt Kurnit firm is representing Michael Miller, who has also filed a professional disciplinary complaint against Mr. Giuliani; however, Mr. Maltz states that for the purpose of this podcast, he expresses no opinion on Mr. Giuliani’s conduct, but rather aims to shed light on the disciplinary process in New York.)

Opinions expressed are those of the speakers and not necessarily of the City Bar.
