The Civil Rights Queen – Why All Women Owe Her A Debt of Gratitude
To commemorate Women’s History Month, the New York Chapter of the National Association of Women Judges hosted a program honoring and celebrating the life of Constance Baker Motley, “The Civil Rights Queen – Why All Women Owe Her A Debt of Gratitude.” The title of the program encapsulates our view that Judge Motley’s work inside and outside the courtroom has failed to receive the recognition that it deserves. This program is in partnership with the Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission.
