Supreme Court — A Year in Review, 2018 Term – July 17

The New York City Bar Association’s Year in Review of the 2018 Supreme Court term will convene a faculty of professional, academic and judicial speakers to discuss the most consequential decisions of the term and their implications for future developments and future terms. 

Adam Liptak, Supreme Court Correspondent for the New York Times, will moderate. Faculty will cover topics ranging from the death penalty and criminal procedure rights to government structure and separation of powers. CLE credit will be available.
