6.30.20 EDNY District Court, Administrative Order 2020-19-1, Service of Process by the United States Marshall. Amends AO 2020-12 to further suspend, in all cases filed on or after March 18, 2020 and in which, under ordinary circumstances, the court would appoint the United States Marshal or a deputy marshal to make service,  any requirement that the Marshal accomplish service nunc pro tunc from June 15, 2020 until further order of this Court; and the time from April 27, 2020 until further order of this Court stating otherwise is excluded from the 90-day period to accomplish service, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m), nunc pro tunc from June 15, 2020. The full text of the order is available here.
