2.8.21, SDNY District Court, “Restrictions on Entry to Courthouses” (21 MISC 164) (Amended Standing Order). Lists people who may not enter the courthouses, including people who have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, people who have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, people who have experienced COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days that are not explained by allergies or an underlying condition, etc., and details protocols that must be followed by all courthouse visitors. “This order supersedes and replaces the Standing Order on Restrictions to Entry to Courthouses that was entered on January 29, 2021, and will remain in place until further notice.” The full order is available here.
