Rebuilding Puerto Rico: Strategies, Partners and the Role of the Oversight Board

This important panel discussion on January 22, 2018 focused on the roles played by the Government of Puerto Rico, the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico (the “Board”) and the United States Congress in taking the measures required to rebuild Puerto Rico from the devastation caused by Hurricane María and for Puerto Rico to recover from its prolonged fiscal and humanitarian crisis.
